I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-furnished, dark, and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The hotel is ideally located near local pubs and eateries, making it convenient. However, I did notice a minor issue with the slope towards the bedhead and a stray cat/dog biscuit on the floor.

The hotel is in a prime location, on the edge of Old Shanklin just a short walk from Shanklin Theatre. The rooms were exceptional, well-maintained, with a nice and comfortable bed, and the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. The staff was attentive and housekeeping was excellent, but pet amenities were not available. The dining experience was fantastic with a good choice available and a friendly approach. The facilities were convenient overall, but smoked salmon was not offered in the restaurant.
